Aleia Hollands

Aleia is an undergraduate student majoring in Biological Sciences. She is currently working with Holly Kinder and Emily Wyatt on a project to determine cognitive and behavioral deficits in piglets caused by traumatic brain injuries and the potential benefits of neural stem cell treatments for said injuries.

Aleia also participates in the Pre-Vet Club at UGA as the Community Service Chairman. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and volunteering with local animal shelters. She will graduate May of 2016 and aspires to attend the University of Georgia’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
