Natalie is an undergraduate senior biology / psychology double major. Her previous research focused on the effect of stem cell therapy on motor function in a stroke pig model. Natalie has since started working with Holly Kinder developing behavioral tests to determine mental changes due to traumatic brain injury and novel treatments that may restore normal cognitive function.
Natalie hopes to attend medical school after graduating in spring of 2016. She wants to join a program that facilitates her interest in neurological and cancer research and specialize in oncology.
